A huge number of documents that make up the cultural heritage of mankind are stored on hard drives and can be lost forever for us and our descendants.

Most of the documents stored on solid media containing a lot of useful information can be available for operational use only after creating electronic copies of them available for processing using modern computer technologies.

We set ambitious goals to become useful to the state, business and culture:

• Create electronic copies of documents that are threatened with extinction due to time decay, natural disasters, the conscious desire of interested parties to distort history and facts and an unconscious careless attitude towards them;
• Create electronic archives for the rapid search and analysis of information contained in the documentary heritage of mankind;

• To provide the world community with the opportunity to study documents whose access to the originals is difficult in order to save them;
